## Exports from Fenerum

Fenerum allows you to export your data directly to Excel, which can be incredibly useful for reconciliations or specific
analyses of your company’s data. In this article, we explain how to use the export function, which lists you can
extract, and how to leverage Excel to filter and analyze your data.

## How does exporting work in Fenerum?

The export function in Fenerum allows you to extract data in Excel format (".xlsx"). This feature ensures that you can
work with your data in a flexible way. If it is possible to export the overview you see in Fenerum to Excel, you will
find a "Export to Excel" button in the top-right corner. Then, a dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to select
various exports.

recorded on the account each month on this
page: [Financial Audit Overview](https://app.fenerum.com/erp-sync/financial-audit/overview/).
If you find discrepancies in specific months, we suggest generating a deviation report for the relevant period, as it
should help explain the differences.
You can learn more about the deviation report
here: [Deviation Report Documentation](https://www.fenerum.com/en-DK/docs/erp-sync/financial-audit/deviation-report/).
