An **Activity** is a financial event on a [Subscription](https://www.fenerum.com/en-DK/docs/api/subscription.md) — a new sale, renewal, cancellation, upgrade, or downgrade — capturing the change in MRR, quantity, and terms at the moment the event happened. Activities are the source of truth for the  webhook and for revenue reporting.
