Contract Tier

A Contract Tier defines volume-based pricing within a parent Contract. Each tier specifies a quantity range and the price (or discount) that applies when a subscription's quantity falls inside that range. Tiers are nested under the contract: every endpoint here requires both the account code and the contract pk in the URL.
