Subscription Change

A Subscription Change is a scheduled modification of an existing Subscription. Use it to plan upgrades, downgrades, terms switches, quantity changes, or an early renewal — applied either immediately, at the next renewal, or at a specific date.

Changes are nested under their parent subscription: every endpoint here requires the parent subscription's UUID in the URL.

change_type values: immediate, at_specified_time, at_renewal.

state values: scheduled (queued, not yet applied), applied (already executed), cancelled (called the cancel action before it was applied), errored (apply failed).
