Nordea

Paid add-on

This feature is a paid add-on. If you are interested in this feature, please reach out to support@fenerum.com

This integration ensures that bank lines are automatically uploaded to your bank accounts in Fenerum.

Setting up

The integration can be using one of two agreement types: Corporate Access or Corporate Access Lite.

The Lite-integration requires less information to set up, and is usually also the cheapest option. The Corporate Access-integration is more advanced and requires more information to set up.

Please consult with Nordea if you are unsure what agreement type is the right for you.

1. Contact Fenerum support

Start by contacting Fenerum support to add the Nordea-integration to your organization.

2. Contact Nordea

You should then create a Corporate Access File Transfer-agreement with Nordea. This agreement is responsible for delivering files containing the bank lines to Fenerum.

Reach out to your bank and ask for a Corporate Access File Transfer-agreement. The agreement should include a daily export of a CAMT53 Extended-file for your bank account.

The daily export will usually contain the bank lines for the previous day. The file will be delivered to Fenerum automatically and usually in the morning.

You can proceed with the next step once the agreement has been created.

3. Create bank account in Fenerum

You should create a bank account in Fenerum that contains the same IBAN number as the bank account you wish to import bank lines for. The bank account should be the one you created the agreement for with Nordea.

Go to this page and enter the information on the bank account. Ensure the IBAN is correct as Fenerum will not import bank lines if this does not match with your bank account.

Set the "Synchronization start date"-field to the date you wish to start importing bank lines from. Any bank lines imported with a date prior to this date will be discarded automatically. This can be a date in the past.

4. Set up the integration

The setting up of the integration is different based on what agreement type you use.

Corporate Access

Follow these instructions if you have a Corporate Access-agreement with Nordea.

You can set up the integration once you have received the activation code from Nordea by SMS and have created the bank account in Fenerum.

  • Activation code - 10-digit code from SMS sent by Nordea (can only be used successfully once)

Please contact Nordea if you need assistance in finding the above-mentioned information as we cannot assist with this.

Corporate Access Lite

Follow these instructions if you have a Corporate Access Lite-agreement with Nordea.

Go to your integration settings and click Setup next to the Nordea-integration.

Please contact Nordea if you need assistance in finding the above-mentioned information as we cannot assist with this.

Click Save to activate the integration.

Fenerum will now configure the integration with Nordea for you, and will mark the integration as 'Active' once it is ready. This is usually done within a few minutes.

You can view the status of the integration from the integration settings-page next to the Nordea-integration. Once active, Fenerum will begin to automatically import bank lines.

Please reach out to our support if the integration is not activated within a few minutes.

Deactivating

You can deactivate the Nordea-integration to stop Fenerum from importing bank lines.

This is done by accessing the integration-settings, from which you should click "Deactivate" on the integration to deactivate it.

Once deactivated, Fenerum will stop importing bank lines.

Reactivating

When the integration is deactivated, you can simply reactivate it by clicking "Activate" to allow Fenerum to start importing bank lines again.
